Denver Historian Phil Goodstein, July 15, 2016
Denver historian Phil Goodstein will give a talk on the “seamy side” of East Colfax Avenue at Counterpath on July 15, 2016, at 7 p.m. Goodstein has written 18 books on Denver over the past 30 plus years and has a vast knowledge of the city (bring your questions, any question, really!). He is a phenomenon.
After receiving his PhD in history from the University of Colorado, Goodstein turned his attention to American urban history and Denver specifically. He has taught Colorado history at Metropolitan State College and conducted numerous walking, restaurant, bicycling, and cemetery tours of Denver through Colorado Free University.
